After getting up to 194 lbs. by age 50, at a height of 5'1.5", I had no idea what my measurements were at that time, but they had to be scary huge. After losing 84 lbs. in 10 months through self-styled dietary changes and very minimal, daily exercise, plus light work with an 8 lb. mini barbell, and keeping all of it off for 3.5 years, my measurements (with sweatpants on) are 37-27-37.
At almost 54, with two grown kids, and a serious lack of height, at 110 lbs. and with those vital stats, I'm feeling very good about it.
