Blueberry Smoothie Recipes
Looking for a blueberry smoothie recipe? Well, we have put together a list of great-tasting smoothies that are among our favorites.We have three "versions": - Classic Blueberry - This one is just a regular smoothie recipe that you can use anytime for any purpose. It'a a classic and we have never met anyone that said they didn't like it!
- Blueberry Protein Smoothie - This is a great pre or post-workout smoothie for individuals trying to put on some quality muscle and need something different other than the same-tasting protein shakes used every exercise day. This recipe will most definately add some variety to your workout diet!
- Blueberry Slimming/Fat-Burning Smoothie - For those of you that are trying to cut-up (burn body fat) and tone your muscles this is a really good smoothie idea to make your dieting efforts easier and certainly more tasty)!
Classic Blueberry Smoothie Ingredients: - 10 ounces (350ml) of water
- 3/4 cup of fresh or frozen blueberries
- 2 tablespoons flax seed oil
- 12 drops of liquid Stevia
Blending Instructions: Pour the water in first followed by everything else. Blend for about 20 seconds on medium speed and then turn off and let everything settle. After, blend again for another 30 seconds on high speed.
Blueberry Protein Smoothie Ingredients: - 10 ounces (350ml) of water
- 1/2 cup of fresh or frozen blueberries
- 2 scoops of vanilla whey protein
- 15 drops of liquid Stevia
Blending Instructions: Water goes in first followed by the whey protein and then everything else. Blend for about 30 to 40 seconds on high speed. If you use fresh blueberries it's a good idea to put in 4 to 6 ice-cubes. On the other hand, if you use frozen blueberries you don't need the ice.

Blueberry Slimming/Fat-Burning Smoothie - 8 ounces (300ml) of water
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 low fat regular yogurt
- 8 to 10 drops of liquid Stevia
Blending Instructions; Water first and then everything else. Blend on medium speed for 20 seconds then turn off and let everything settle. After that, blend another 20 seconds on high speed.
