Losing weight alone will NOT help you accomplish the above listed goals. You need to invest in changing your body composition through a quality fat burning routine instead.

The logic is simple...

Every person’s body is comprised of different "types" of body weight that contribute to our overall health and appearance.

The number on the weight scale is very deceptive. Not every "light" person ic completely healthy and in shape, and not every "heavy" person is flabby and soft. There are indeed very light individuals who are in poor health and they have soft, flabby and out-of-shape bodies.

There are four different components that determine your overall body weight: fat, muscle tissue, water, and glycogen, . Trying to reach weight loss goals by "losing weight" is a misguided approach. Why? Because it doesn’t take into account the four different factors that comprise overall body weight.

To get rid of "bad" weight (fat) and maintain the "good" weight (lean muscle), you’ll need to follow an efficient fat burning routine.

The following should be the focus of your program...

Preserve muscles and burn away unwanted fat. It's as simple as that!

This is the only way to go if you want to look and feel the way you have always dreamed of ...for the rest of your life.

Don't let that deceptive number on the scale control your life!

Work towards decreasing your overall body fat percentage, while maintaining healthy muscle tissue by utilizing an effective fat burning routine.

There are three main reasons your should make this your main objective...

Firstly, lean muscle tissue determines how many calories you burn while you are at rest. This is called the "basal metabolic rate" (the number of calories you burn at rest). This rate depends on the amount of lean muscle tissue you have. In other words, the more muscle you have, the more fat you will burn.

Building muscle will help you achieve the lean and toned body that you have always wanted. Maintaining a reasonable level of muscular development allows you to get a shapely and athletic appearance. Low body fat percentage without enough muscular development is meaningless in helping you attain a chiseled and toned body.

Furthermore, "crash (or fad) diets" that claim they can help you lose huge amounts of body weight in a short period are a recipe for disaster. Through starvation you won't be doing any good to your body. What's more, you will be telling your body to store more fat so that it can survive these calorie deficit (starvation) periods.

Once your body is faced with an extreme calorie deficit, the body goes into "panic mode" and it: 1. breaks down muscle mass to provide energy in order to function/survive; 2. slows down your metabolism to conserve energy; and 3. produces hormones that prevent any fat loss.

Therefore, although you might feel "lighter", your body lose its good health and will be trained to store more fat, which will make you more prone to putting on even more pounds than you originally started with.

All of these pitfalls can be avoided by following a simple, yet highly-effective strategy.

Modify your strategy so that you gradually reduce your body fat and also retain (perhaps even add), lean muscle. An truly effective fat burning routine is built on these basic key principles.

Forget about trying to lower that number on the weight scale and remember that "weight loss" is only one part of an effective fat burning routine.
