Fruit Nutrition Facts

On this page you will find fruit nutrition facts that you can use as a reference guide to determine the most important nutritional values for each fruit. We made this list having in mind the natural common-sense way that you would want to "count" nutrients. Thus you will notice different fruits denominated in different (serving) sizes.

In other words, we rarely buy an apple and eat exactly 100 grams of it. Rather, we eat one whole apple (small, medium or large) and that's how we need to count the nutritional values. Thus, if you look at the nutritional values in the table for an apple you will notice that we listed the nutrtional values for a medium-sized apple. Similarly, we will never eat 1 blueberry - rather we will eat 100, 200 or 300 grams of blueberries. Thus, in the table below we have listed base nutritional values for 100 grams of blueberries.
