I'm Asian, so I don't know if there is a difference all around. I was brought up in the States. I am much curvier than people from my birth place (Hong Kong) B-W-H 32D-25-36 and I am 5'1", 109lbs. 30 years old.
I am working on building more mass mainly in my arms. I have decent legs from running, and squats, also it's really hard for me to define my stomach. I have a flat stomach, but no matter what I do, I can't get defined abs. :\
