Banana Shake Ingredients: - 8 ounces (300ml) of milk
- 1 large banana
- 1 cup of natural plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 3 or 4 drops of liquid Stevia (optional)
Blending Instructions: Pour the milk in first then break the banana into several smaller pieces before you put it in the blender. After that you can add everything else. When all the ingredients are in, close the lid and blend for 20 seconds on high speed. Then stop and let everything settle. After that, blend again for another 30 seconds on the highest speed setting. If you like your smoothies to be sweeter then you can add a few drops of Stevia.
Banana-Strawberry Smoothie Ingredients - 8 ounces (300ml) of milk
- 6 medium-sized fresh (or frozen) strawberries
- 1 plain yogurt
- 1 banana
- 3 or 4 drops of liquid Stevia
- 4 to 6 ice cubes
Blending Instructions: Pour the milk in first followed by everything else and blend on lower speed for 30 seconds. Don't forget to break the banana into several smaller pieces before you put it in the blender.
Verry-Berries Smoothie Ingredients: - 8 ice-cubes
- 1 can of pineapple juice
- 1 raw egg
- 2 handfuls of mixed berries (frozen or fresh)
Blending Instructions: Pour the pineapple juice in first followed by everything else and blend on lower speed for 15 seconds then stop and let everythig settle. After that, blend again for another 30 seconds on the highest speed setting.
Classic Blueberry Smoothie Ingredients: - 10 ounces (350ml) of water
- 3/4 cup of fresh or frozen blueberries
- 2 tablespoons of flax seed oil
- 8 to 10 drops of liquid Stevia
Blending Instructions: Pour the water in first followed by everything else and blend on lower speed for 15 seconds then stop and let everythig settle. After that, blend again for another 25 to 30 seconds on the highest speed setting.
Orange-'n-Fruits Smoothie Ingredients: - 8 ounces (300ml) of fresh orange juice
- 4 to 6 ice-cubes
- 1/2 banana
- 3 to 5 large strawberries (frozen or fresh)
- 8 to 10 drops of liquid Stevia
Blending Instructions: Pour the orange juice in first followed by everything else and blend on lower speed for 25 seconds then stop and let everythig settle. After that, blend again for another 25 to 30 seconds on the highest speed setting.
