Start by completing a normal pushup and then on the second pushup, do a pushup with one arm while simultaneously rotating your upper body until your raised hand is fully extended and above your head.
STEP 2
Proceed to complete this same movement with the other arm. Then return to a normal pushup.
STEP 3
Perform movement for the prescribed number of repetitions.
Special Notes
First of all, if you can do this super advanced exercise - kudos to you! If you by some chance need to make this exercise even more difficult than it already is - hold light dumbbells in your hands and perform the movement with them.
