Pina Colada Smoothie Ingredients: - 2 oz Rum
- 5 oz Pinapple juice
- 1 tablespoon of coconut cream
- 1 table spoon brown sugar
- 6 to 8 medium-sized ice-cubes
Blending Instructions: Put the Rum and Pinapple in the blender first and everyting else next. Blend on lower speed setting for about 15 seconds then at a higher speed for another 15 seconds. This allows for maximum "intergration" of all ingredients. Also, don't forget that you will need a decent mid-quality level blender with at least 4 speeds on it. We suggest having glass blenders becasue after a while blenders with plastic bowls will tend to smell bad and there is nothing you can do to get the smell out.

Pinapple-Orange Juice Pina Colada Ingredients: - 1/2 cup of pinapple-orange juice<1/2 tablespoon of rum extract
- 1/2 tablespoon of coconut extract (or 2 tablespoons of shredded coconut)
- few drops (at least 3 or 4) of liquid Stevia
- 4 ounces (150 ml) of water
- 5 to 6 medium-sized ice cubes
Blending Instructions: Put the Rum and Pinapple in the blender first and everyting else next. Blend on lower speed setting for about 15 seconds then at a higher speed for another 15 seconds. This allows for maximum "intergration" of all ingredients. If you are not satiffied with the consistency (thickness) then add more ice-cubes or even a raw egg. This will give it that rich and thick taste we all like.
