Using a printable exercise chart is an easy way to maintain a record of your workouts in order to more easily gauge and monitor your progress at the gym.
We have designed some cool and printer friendly (no cartridge-draining colors) workout logs.
All you have to do is click on each link below and that's it!
You will be able to save the workout charts directly to your hard drive.
The charts are in PDF format, so you will need Adobe Acrobat reader to open and view them. If you don't have Adobe Reader software you can download it for free directly from their site (adobe.com).
We have 3 different workout charts - each printable workout log has 3 different variations. Thus, nine charts in total. Select the right one for you. And if you can't find one to fit your needs, contact us and we'll design a new one for you and post it here for everyone to use and enjoy!
Another point worth mentioning is when you print the charts you can also chose to shrink the print size so that the charts print on half a page (instead of the default: whole page). This is something you will need to set once you are in print preview mode.
