Looking For Printable Workout Routines?

This site's main purpose is to provide printable workout routines. We have a database of fitness workouts and bodybuilding workouts that you can download to your hard drive in just a few easy steps! Workouts are sorter into various categories depending on the desired goal. We have muscle-building routines, fat burning routines, strength training programs, powerlifting programs, women's routines and even a few celebrity workouts. All of our routines are made by professionals who practice what they preach! That means, no one single workout is the same - ALL are unique and are one off programs.

The routines are in Adobe .PDF format. After you download a routine to your hard drive you can print it out and take it to the gym with you. Some of us like to make little cheatsheet-sized cut-outs (about the size of a credit card) for each workout day instead of bringing the whole sheet to the gym. Alternatively, you can leave the workout sheet as it is - a whole page - and have a great overview of the entire routine on one sheet of paper! Also, if you are not as old school as some of are, you can upload the workouts to your favorite device: iPad, iPhone, iPod, android or windows mobile phones. They display perfectly on all kind of devices because of the uniquely-designed format.
