Pushup Routines - Pushup on Extreme Balance Board | | Alternate Name: Incline Pushup on Extreme Balance Board | | STEP 1 | Place your hands on a balance board and your feet on the floor about shoulder-width apart. | | STEP 2 | Get into a pushup position and keep your balance by extending your arms. |  | | STEP 3 | While maintaining balance, bend your elbows until they are bent to about 90 degrees. | | STEP 4 | Push up and extend your arms straight again until fully extented. | | STEP 5 | Repeat movement for prescribed or desired number of repetitions. | | Special Notes | | Take your time getting into the right position and balance. This exercise does wonders for your core and chest muscles. |
