Training Log Workout Logs

We've designed some really cool training log workout logs here. Our logs are in PDF format so you will need Adobe Acrobat (which is free to install from the Adobe.com site). Every workout log is on ONE single sheet of paper and is designed to give you the most optimum overview of the relevant workout information. Below you will find our most popular workout logs. Each of them come in THREE different variations - regular, simplified and superset versions. The simplified versions are without the designation for "day of the week". Aside from this, all other features are the same as the regular version. Superset versions are designed for workouts when you need to do exercises in supersets. These are mostly done when your primary focus is to burn fat and get better muscle definition.
