Weightlifting workout logs are a great way to keep track of your workout progress and have a written record of your weightlifting routine. We have put together 3 different workout logs: basic, extended & advanced. These are the logs we use on a regular basis as well. Each of the three logs has its own 3 versions: regular version, simple version and superset version. This means you have 9 logs in total to choose from. The logs are in PDF file format which means you will need Adobe Reader to download and open the files. If you don't have Adobe simply go to adobe.com and download a free software version of Adobe Acrobat. To download each log simply click on the links next to each photo below.
