Wide Grip Bench Press

START POSITIONEXECUTION
Lie down on a flat bench and grab the barbell wide. This is your starting position.Unrack the weight and lower the barbell down onto your nipple line until the barbell almost touches your chest. Repeat this movement for the desired or prescribed number of repetitions.

  • Perform this exercise in a smooth and fluid motion
  • Don't lock out your arms at the top of the movement
