Oblique Bridge Leg Raise

Alternate Name: Side Plank Abductor Raise
STEP 1Lay down on the floor on one side. Lift your body using one forearm.
STEP 2In the raised position lift your upper leg as far up as you can.
STEP 3Lower your leg and repeat whole movement for desired number of repetitions.
Special Notes
When you do this exercise, your head, neck, body and hips should be in a perfectly straight line. Don't forget to place a foam pad or folded yoga mat under your forearm and elbow because it might be too uncomfortable to do this exercise with your forearm and elbow directly on the floor.
