One Arm Pushup With Rotation

STEP 1Start by completing a normal pushup and then on the second pushup, do a pushup with one arm while simultaneously rotating your upper body until your raised hand is fully extended and above your head.
STEP 2Proceed to complete this same movement with the other arm. Then return to a normal pushup.
STEP 3Perform movement for the prescribed number of repetitions.
Special Notes
First of all, if you can do this super advanced exercise - kudos to you! If you by some chance need to make this exercise even more difficult than it already is - hold light dumbbells in your hands and perform the movement with them.
